Driver for Apple scanners (1999.12.12) for BetaScan 2+

The driver is based on the SANE (see http://www.mostang.com/sane) Apple
driver. This SANE driver is in the alpha development stage.

The driver has been tested with Apple SCANNER II. The driver works but
there is still some devellopment to do.

Instalation: move the driver to BetaScan/Devices drawer or another drawer.
