This is a Olivetti JP 790 colour printer driver for Workbench. Includes
support for upto 600 dpi resolution, portrait/landscape modes, colour text
etc. See doc for more info. Uses HP deskjet 560C emulation so should work on
those printers as well. This is Giftware.

 dospecial.c - Set external references for PED and PD structures globally.
               Use union instead of struct for printerIO.
