This is MorphOS native replacement for rtgmaster.library originally written
by Steffen Haeuser.

However this library is in beta and doesnt emulate all rtgmaster functions yet.
Currently missing is support for blitter objects (BOBs) and RtgText() but other
functions are mostly supported.

Apparently most rtgmaster games wont work on real Amiga with real rtgmaster
either.

   Menu is not rendered always but if you go to options submenu (fourth from
   the bottom) menus start working. I dont know what is wrong because menus
   are not rendered using rtgmaster. Strange side effect of something I dont
   know.

   It also seems that rtg patch is buggy. The default refresh method,
   COPYRTGPIXELARRAY causes gfx corruption and random crashes. Seems to be
   unrelated to rtgmaster. I recommend using DOUBLEBUFFERING refresh method.
   It works with both (my and original) libraries.

   AThrust (68k and WUP) works, Abuse works


   CrystalPPC
   ----------

   Requires third party warp.library V2.0, available nowhere.


   WarpView
   --------

   No go. Tries to access custom chips (0xbfe001).


   ADoomWOS
   --------

   Seems to work but looks for gameport.device.


   FrodoPPC
   --------

   Hit galore.


   AtariPPC
   --------

   Hit galore.


Please also note you dont need any rtgCGX.library or similar sublibraries.
This rewrite has built-in CGX support. Workbench mode is not supported but
if there is enough interest I can add it.
