This is a small update to earlier versions of Stratego.  It "patches"
the archive up to the latest version, 1.3 (21/03/1998).

Changes:
--------
1.3: Fixed lame bug in the auto-win feature that allowed people to cheat!  How
     dare they ;).

1.2: Found out that some distributions of 3.0 apparently shipped with a 38.xxx
     version of locale.library.  Dropped minimum version of required
     locale.library to 38+.

1.1: (AKA Public Release #1) First release to public and Aminet

1.0: Early preview entered into CU Amiga PPC Programming competition on
     October 31st, 1997.  We're still waiting to hear the results on that one...
