This is a bugfixed version of the LothianCharEd program. It fixes two bugs:
- The inventory editing was very peculiar. This version makes it operate as it
  should.
- If you set your coordinates to 0,0 you could not alter the W/E or the N/S.
  In this version 0,0 is referred to as 0 E, 0 S.
