Distribution: anywhere

This is a complete walkthrough for Valhalla I & II. The original solves
came from Vulcan Software and were typed by me with their permission. The
solve for Valhalla I is the old solve which had the first level incomplete.
So I only typed out level 1 from the Vulcan Software solve, if you find any
other levels not complete or incorrect let me know and I will type it out.
