This program (with sources in E) keeps the accounting of a game of
Mahjong according to the MCR (Mahjong competition rules). It can save and
load games in order to continue paused games.

It lacks of tracking of penalties, maybe in future.

asl.library provided because is needed for execution.

For compilation you will need E-VO compiler from Darren Coles
