Exult is a role-playing game engine capable of running Ultima 7 data files.
Ultima 7 is despite its age still a tremendous role-playing game with a huge
world, epic storyline and insane detail level. Thanks to the Exult team,
Amigans get their chance to play this gem now, visit familiar places and meet
old friends once more.

As a little goodie, I've tossed in a preferences program for Exult which
allows you to configure all aspects of the game without having to touch the
configuration file! The preferences program requires OS3.5 or later.

Exult is currently in alpha state, but Black Forge can already be completed
without cheating. Exult supports both games (Black Gate and Serpent Isle), as
well as the add-ons (Forge of Virtue and Silver Seed).

The game requires a 68020 CPU or better, an FPU, AmigaOS 3.0 or higher,
a graphics card, AHI for sound and the AMidi.device for music.

The original "Ultima 7" PC game by Origin comes in two flavours: On CD-ROM
(as part of the "Ultima Collection"), this version can be directly used with
Exult. The other, floppy disk-based version uses packed data files which need
to be extracted using MS-DOS first.
