Old example which was already released (not in its current form) for showing
how to embed and display images, where the images will  be  adapted  to  the
underlaying hardware; PLANAR, INTERLEAVED,  LUT  -  in  order  to  let  this
program show the images correctly under OCS, ECS, AGA or even  a  3rd  party
graphic device.
