Note: This gfx ripper surely wont run on Amigas with graphic cards and/or
      multisync monitors with horizontal frequency >15kHz, due to the
      copper controlled display. Maybe I will release a more systemfriendly
      version with its own screen and using MrgCopper() or something similar
      if needed... Till now I'm not sure how to do it and *if* I will do that
      at all.
