I assume you are familiar with kisekae aka kiss. If not than visit
http://otakuworld.com/kiss/ first and then read this file.

This library allows you to load and save CEL files used in kiss sets. This
way you can turn Personal Paint into the best cel editor ever made. In this
version cel io can't handle Cherry Kiss (truecolor) cels. This will be fixed
soon. In fact this is a first version of a library. Please report me
anything you consider worth doing so.

There are only two kisekae players for Amiga. The first, AmiKiss is as old
as A2000 and it is obviously not developed. The second PlayFKiss is a lot
better but it is still far away from modern standards and its development
was dropped by the author. In this situation I decided to take over the
development of PlayFKiss for Amiga. Version 2.07 will be availble soon. How
soon it depends on you. I would like to know that there is a demand for a
good kisekae player for Amiga. So please support me with a good word. Let me
