Quick Start from WB:-

Click on the ViewAtari icon and select "NEWTEKS.SPU".



Quick Start from CLI:-

Whilst in the "fail" directory type the following:-

ViewAtari NEWTEKS.SPU


If that did not work its because you did not extract the archive properly
and you lost ViewAtari's "S" attribute.

Scripts just like executables require the appropriate attribute.


Alternatively you could try the following:-

execute ViewAtari NEWTEKS.SPU 

OR

protect ViewAtari srewd

and then type as per the "Quick Start".

OR

Extract archive again with the following example:-

lha x -a fail_68k.lha ram:

and then type as per the "Quick Start".


Tested on os3.1, os3.5 and os3.9 on 020+ only.


DiskMaster configuration suggestion:-

AddMenu GFX, ViewAtari, extern stack 500000 \sys:GRAPHICS/fail2png -o t:temp.png
%s \sys:GRAPHICS/picshow PUBSCREEN WorkBench screen scale down noinfo interpol
t:temp.png;delete t:temp.png
