This video driver requires an ECS machine equipped with a 68030 and MMU. It
will not work with a 68040. A compatible FastROM tool is included for A500
and A2000 users, as well as a patch for soft kicked A3000 users.

Screen sizes are no longer limited to 512x342 and 640x400.

The screen mode is no longer forced to NTSC:High Res Laced.

The first 8k of memory is mapped into 32 bit RAM, which significantly
improves both the Mac emulation, and the screen refresh performance.

MMU configuration changed to 256k Level A page size, 1k Level B page size.

FastROM tool included for A500/A2000 users.
