Because there is no UAEquit CLI program that works when any 68060 or PPC expansions is selected.

The attached that uses "uae.resource" works.

Usage:

"UAEquit" .................... Shutdown
"UAEquit RESET" .............. Reset
"UAEquit HARDRESET" .......... Hard reset
