New release of a high speed TRS-80 Model 1 emulator for 68020+ AMIGA's.
WB2.0 or greater required. Full source and sample programs included.
As far as we are aware, AmiTRS80 is the only TRS-80 Model 1 emulator
for Amiga computers. At present it emulates the following configuration:
o Z80 CPU (including some undocumented instructions)
o 48K RAM, 12K ROM
o TRS-80 Model 1 keyboard at the hardware level
o Load "/CMD" and execute, directly from AmigaDOS
o Write protection for the ROM area
o Virtual cassette support
Updates for version 1.0:
o Loading of '/BAS' program files extracted from disk images
o System-friendly allocation of any audio channel (or none)
o Speed control from the keyboard, tooltypes or command-line
o Volume control from the keyboard, tooltypes or command-line
o Speed, volume and error-message display
o Low priority (-1) Z80 task defers to system-friendy operations
o Z80 core source compatible with DEVPAC 3 as well as PHXASS
o Fast variant (with no speed limiter) for slower Amigas
o Improved documentation in AmigaGuide format
o Extra example programs in BASIC and Z80 code
