Port of Final Burn Alpha for AROS i386

This is a port of the SDL build so has some of the same issues as the windows build, mainly the sound not being 100%.

There is no front end so it should be launched from shell using either:

fbasdl {romname}

or

fbasdl -full-screen {romname}

You can make some changes via the fbasdl.ini file, but if you switch to OpenGL the fullscreen option no longer has any effect (but you do get a nicer filter).

This is a direct port, all I did was fix some of the makefile where it seemed to be missing a couple of rules to make objects.

I set the licence to GPL as this is the MAME licence which a lot of FBA uses.
