According to the former Blittersoft website:

  This is a new direct access video driver that works with the 
  Picasso96 AND Cybergraphics systems!

  You can select MODE13 to be any size screen (320x200 or 320x240 
  would be the best choices), and the video update goes directly 
  to the hardware, bypassing the OS calls in a completely 'legal'
  manner. Further video modes will be supported shortly.
