conversion of ProPacker 2.1 module to standard ProTracker format 

the reference table of these modules was modified with a simple
NOT(.L). Prowiz 1.62 convert the module without change it. 
Module is not playable.

I made a modified version of Prowiz to convert these PP21 properly.
