This new sample editor reads almost every sample-format
directly supported: IFF-8SVX, IFF-16SV, AIFF, WAVE
other sample-formats may be loaded with SampleE's multi-load-function
other features:
- samples can be loaded into fast-mem
- hd-editing
- ahi support
- completely font-sensitive, easy to use GUI
- ...

this will be the last version of SampleE (except bug-fixes, perhaps)
but there will be a new sample-editor called 'SampleZ'

- fixed trouble when clicking fast on the "delete"-sample button

CHANGE
- the windows are no longer AppWindows
- improved some parts of the code -> faster now
BUGFIX
- removed some possible troubles with the AppIcon
- removed some bugs in the 16SV and 8SVX loaders/savers
- the internal hd-edit-copy-function was bugous
-> cut,copy,paste,del,frequency,... could fail
- enable/disable play-range button was somehow random
- frequency-function failed very often when hd-editing stereo samples
- removed the "could not delete file"-problem when hd-edit-load of
a sample failed because the disc was full
- I optimized too much -> the copy-buffer in hd-edit mode didn't work
- because of a stupid bug the Aiff/Wave-Loader failed sometimes :-(
- the shift function didn't close its progress window
- the time-display showed garbage on very long samples
- I don't know how, but I messed up "inverse" and "reverse" -> fixed
