WTF is ma2s ?

ma2s converts the standard 8bit IFF-MAUD format to signed format.

The main purpose of this program is to simply establish the
"8bit IFF-MAUD signed" format without breaking the integrity of the 
original MAUD format.

This is achieved by simply providing a compression ID of "11".

Hopefully this will be accepted as an offical standard within the amiga
community.


 Usage:-
 ma2s <in_file> <out_file>

 eg. ma2s Noonan_8u.maud Noonan_8s.maud


ma2s is also "PIPE:" friendly.
