This archive includes a fixed help file for ProTracker 2.3d. The help
file originally included with the tracker has a broken lookup table
which prevents reading important parts of the documentation within the
tracker, especially the keyboard shortcuts and effect command reference.

Installation is as simple as replacing the original broken PT.HELP
(37,134 bytes long) with the fixed PT.HELP (37,133 bytes long).

This help file was fixed with a tool I wrote in Python to sanity check
and update any future edits of ProTracker 2.3f help file. Because the
tool already existed and I used the 2.3d help file for testing, the
result naturally was a fixed help file for 2.3d.

While there is absolutely no reason to use the buggy 2.3d instead of the
much more stable 2.3f, I still decided to release this fixed help file
in case it's useful for someone who wants to experience the 1990s
ProTracker with all the bugs included, but with a working help feature.
