	Bars and Pipes Professional

Requirements for recompiling:
	DICE (or some other C compiler).
	toolstart.c and bars.h from the Rules for Tools package.

Description:
	This is an archive of all my tools, including:

	Backspace: A tool that allows ``backspacing'' during recording.	
        Cyclic Control Change Creator (CCCC): A tool for generating cyclically
		varying control changes.
	CC Prefix: A tool for prefixing CC messages with another CC message.
	Mapper: An accessory for mapping program changes in songs.
	MapTool: A tool for mapping program changes to other program changes.
	MIDI Monitor (MM): A tool for monitoring MIDI events.
	Program Change 2 (PC2): A tool for generating program changes that require
		two program change messages.
	Program Change 3 (PC3): A tool for sending program changes that require 2 CC
		and a PC message (e.g. for GS variations)
	PC Prefix: A tool for prefixing a PC message with a CC message.
	Ravenous Bug Blatter (RBB): A tool that works around a bug that causes hung
		notes.
	Scaler: A tool for scaling control change messages.
	Splitter: An accessory for splitting one track into many.
	Transport Monitor (TM): A tool for monitoring the transport.

	Full source for each tool and a generic DICE makefile are included
	with each tool.
