Converts MMDC modules (Captain Planet, Knightmare) back to MED MMD0 format.

If targeting x86 architecture then ensure ENDIAN_LITTLE is defined.
Defining VERBOSE_OUTPUT will output more information whilst converting.

Tested with Captain Planet and Knightmare MMDC modules as found on
https://www.exotica.org.uk/wiki/MMDC


USAGE: MMDepaCk inputfilename
The resulting output file will be written to the same path with the ".med" extension.
