RipGUS is a CLI-based utility that can either list or extract the
contents of a GUS (GravisUltraSound) patch. Extracted samples are
converted to IFF-8SVX format.
It is especially made for GMPlay, the General MIDI file player by
Alessandro De Luca and Christian Buchner. It may also be useful for
musicians who want to use the samples of a GUS patch for their
productions.
RipGUS requires at least Kick 2.0. It is freeware, source is included.
