This is an update for the "MusicMaker4"/"MusicMaker8" players included in the
last version of EaglePlayer (2.05). Also tested with older versions of
EaglePlayer.

The following changes were made:
- Added support for MMV8-3.0-modules
- some minor changes (ModuleInfo better, obsolete SaveModule removed)

All that right on time for MusicMaker's 30th birthday.

Just replace "MusicMaker4" and "MusicMaker8" in your EaglePlayer installation
with the files contained in the archive.

Revision 5.08: (Sep 2021)
- Fix check hierachy (EP_CHECK5 instead of EP_CHECK2), and
  [ab?]use this hierachy to correctly put unpacked
  4-channel-modules into  ChipRAM.
- Add new portamento effect (MusicMaker 3.08+)

- Synchronize version with MMV8 main package
- Tiny fix(tm) for all replayers
Revision 5.03:
- Fix 4-channel player glitch on some 68060-based systems.
Revision 5.02:
- Revert change for 68020+ in 5.01: "Fast" method needs to be permitted
  for authentic replay. "Slow" mode might cause clicks when playing notes
  higher than hardware supports. "Fast" mode avoids this by downsampling.
Revision 5.01:
- Fixed a small cache-related issue for 68040+
- Disabled "Fast" mixing method for 68020+ due to cache-related slowdowns
