This is a new version of a different external "Mugician II" module player
for EaglePlayer 1.54/2.00+. It's a player for all known "Mugician II" modules.

- loading configuration from "Configs/" directory is now fixed
- extended mixing routine up to 28.8kHz (PAL screen limit)
- highly optimised mixing routine, now 24kHz works for EP1.54 on MC68000

Version 6

- "over the top" optimisation, now 25kHz works for EP1.54 on MC68000

Version 7

- extended mixing routine up to 29583Hz (29313Hz for PAL)

Version 8

- fixed tempo problem for "Moon Child" song, thanks to Jan Krolzig for report
- again optimised mixing routine, now 26kHz works for EP1.54 on MC68000
- added special version for MC68020+ (used MC68020+ commands and fastmem
  buffering)

Notes:

1. The "Mugician II" replay is the third Amiga seven voice soundformat,
   after the Jochen Hippel 7V and TFMX 7V soundformats.

2. This version of the "Mugician II" player is configurable via the EP player
   manager. You can set the mixing rate for the mixing channels (4th, 5th,
   6th and 7th) to any integer value from 1 to 29kHz via a slider gadget.
   If you select 29kHz then 29.6kHz will be the mixing rate used by the player.
   The default mixing rate is 16kHz and higher rates are only recommended
   for fast CPU's (MC68020+). The configuration will be saved to the
   "EnvArc:EaglePlayer/" and/or "Configs/" directories. If none of these
   directories exist then the configuration can not be saved.

3. ModuleInfo works/looks better for EaglePlayer 1.54.
