This is a simple MIDI player.
It works with CAMD and external MIDI device.
Developed and tested with Amiblitz3 and A1 with OS4.1

Requirements:
  external MIDI device
  usb-MIDI cable
  camd.library
  camdimidi (usb midi driver by Lyle Hazelwood)
  External MUI classes : Toolbar, NListviews
