This is a port of "Fredrik Wikstrom's" OS4 pmdplay, by me.

Additional stuff has been added to make it more suitable for future use
with playOGG.


Usage:

To play via AHI:-

pmdplay Twilight_Moon.pmd

To save RAW data:-

pmdplay Twilight_Moon.pmd ram:test.raw

Press Ctrl-C when you feel that you have enough RAW data.

Raw spec is:- 16bit, 44100, mono
