Archive 704x451 picture in 256 colours of Rachel Raccoon is changing the
lightbulb in the AmiCUE logo and having a bit of trouble. Winner of the
1994 mascot contest at AmiCUE.

If you have access to AWeb, Mosaic, Lynx, Netscape, or any other WWW browser
this is probably the best way to check for new Rachel pictures.  This
