This utility can handle Ghostscript output files to print them double
sided. A 'book' printer if you'd like to use it that way, with the size
of the book (in pages) limited only by the paper capacity of your
printer. Big jobs can be broken up into arbitrary start and stop page
pieces also.

Added July 6 1998, side controls so that recovering from an error is a
lot easier. You won't have to redo the whole thing just to get to page 3
where it ran out of ink or the printer jammed and you lost the page in
the buffer by resetting the printer.
