Version: 1.01

To convert amigaguide files into "normal" ascii text, and insert
pagefeeds every n lines - where n is 63 by default, but can be changed by a
command argument. If n=0 then no pagefeeds are added.

There are several programs like this one, but they all seem to have curious
features, such as throwing a new page after every node. Gguide2txt is
about as simple as they come, and works well on nearly all guides. Source
in C included.
