WHAT IS THE KONWERSJA.LIBRARY?

  The   konwersja.library  is  a  standard  shared  library  designed  for
  conversion  of  Polish  texts.  The  whole  documentation  is in Polish,
  because the library is intended to be used by Polish programmers only.
