Usage neatrefer [options] <input >output
Options:
	-p bib    	specify the database file
	-e        	accumulate references
	-m        	merge multiple references in a single .[/.] block
	-i        	initials for authors' first and middle names
	-o xy     	citation macro (\*[xy label])
	-a xy     	author-year citation macro (\*[xy label])
	-sa       	sort by author last names
