A text viewer that uses gadgets at the bottom of the screen (thus can
display text 80 columns wide), opens up to the full size of the Workbench
screen, displays ANSI color sequences and can load files compressed by
PowerPacker.  Also shows IFF pictures (which can also be compressed).
