This program is designed to allow the easy use of gutenberg and
other etext files.  It allows for multiple users of the same
documents with auto bookmarking to restart at the last positon.
The program supports search(case sensitive), search next, and go to
line nuber.

The program uses very little memory because the document is read off
of the disk.  An index (which is created the first time the document
is accessed) provides very fast access to any line.
