An appicon that converts 8 colour (ie. MWB) icons of virtually any depth to
3bit format, and from 3bit to 8bit.

Or, to put it another way. It will convert virtually any MWB icon with
weird colours into a correct looking one. (and vice versa, maybe)

Note: Operation has changed significantly from v0.3a!
