This little program simply returns the current Locale's international
telephone code, both as plain text and as a return code.

This has a few possibilities but the intention was to use it in
Installer scripts to determine the user's location.

Installer script example:

(set #telephonecode (run "ltc" (safe)))
(message #telephonecode)

This shows the current Locale's telephone code as an information
message.
