AddEGS V1.01

This tool adds the memory of the EGS-Spectrum (2193/1) as
Public memory with priority 5.
Including memcheck, if it fails a returncode of 20 will
be given.
Include anywhere in the "Startup-Sequence" or "User-Startup"
or start it manually.
