MuFastROM is a MMU.library aware ROM to RAM remapper. It will make use of
the mmu.library to create a mirror of the KickStart ROM in RAM to speed up
ROM access. Optinally, the mirror can be write-protected by an defensive
or aggressive protocol.

and "MuFastROM". The "Program", below, refers to such program. The
"Archive" refers to the package of distribution, as prepared by the author
