MuLockLib will load the mmu.library asynchronuously on startup and will
lock it in memory such that low-memory situations will not flush it. It
should be run in the Startup-Sequence unless some other program - for
example the mmu.library based 68040 or 68060 libraries - lock it in memory
anyhow.
