Pass it around, I don't care if you sell it for a billion dollars or
the equivelant in whatever currency.  I don't care if you use it in your
commercial programs.  I don't care if you friggin eat it.
 
I just figured I'd write a REALLY damn small version of PAL and NTSC.
If you can find one smaller, let me know!
It just pokes a #$00 (NTSC) or a #$20 (PAL) to address $00dff1dc to
switch between ntsc and pal.  I have no clue if this will mix well with
all those neat AGA modes and ECS modes.
