With this tool you can view and manipulate tasks in your CLI-Window.
You can manipulate a task like change its priority, remove it, set it
into READY or WAIT state, freeze it, send a BREAK signal to it or
EXIT it if it is a process.
You can specify a task by its name, its address or its CLI number.
