AlterASCII is a small utility that can completly confuse anyone! It is the
sequal to BackASCII. AlterASCII will reverse and/or elite(erise) your text.
It is similar to the 'Echo' command only it does not do plain echo's....

Example:                 <cmd> <string>
            1> AlterASCII both This is kewl!
  Result:
               !1w3k 5i 5ih7

           Simple eh!

Uses no extra libraries other than rexxsupport.library!
