WAHT IS IT?
A simple script that gets your external IP and sets the environment variable ExternalIP
REQUIREMENTS
- a working internet connection
- grep and curl commands
On AmigaOS 68k ADE must be installed (dev/gcc/ADE-repack.lha or dev/gcc/ADE.zip) and curl (comm/tcp/curl-7.10.5.lha).
Should work too on Morphos/AmigaOS 4/AROS if the above requirements are met (not tested).
INSTALLATION
Copy GetExternalIP to your S: folder
USAGE
From shell, type GetExternalIP or Execeute S:GetExternalIP |
