Library Manager v1.10 is a small (4K) CLI utility that can perform
the following functions:

   * Load a specified library into memory.
   * Load all libraries in the LIBS: dir into memory.
   * List Disk and ROM Libraries in memory.
   * List a specific Disk or ROM Library in memory.
   * Flush any or all Disk Libraries from memory.

Includes full source in E.

This is the second release of LibMan, and has had many bugs fixed
