What?
-----
 Small command that will print a string from a catalogfile using
 locale.library. Usefull if you want to localize AmigaDOS scripts.

Usage
-----
 LocaleStr CATALOG/A,ITEM/N/A,DEF/K

 Catalog/A  Catalog in locale:catalogs/language to be opened.
 Item/N/A   String number to get.
 Def/K      Default string if failure.

 Example: LocaleStr sys/workbench.catalog item=6 def="mydefault"
