binary only, RonII031.lha includes documentation.
locale support is builtin now, but not completely, so this is not yet included.

this is beta software, it works but isn't tested under every circumstance.
suggestions welcome. If there are bugs PLEASE report them!
especially I would like to know:
   parameters for different sendmail commands. I only know them for SMTPPost.
   Why do you need RonII or something similar?
   Scripts that you have written, that maybe interesting.

   What is Ron?
       Ron is a utility that starts programs if defined files/dirs are
       changed.

   Features
      * multiple files to watch
      * accepts only valid filenames
      * ARexx Interface
      * Locale support
      * lots of options for any started program (IO redirection, stack, pri,
        mail output, use your favourite shell etc.)
      * watching of specific files can be stopped at any time, with any
        valid path to it, not just the one you gave first.

   Requirements
      * OS 2.0 (V37) and up. (Yell, if you don't want
        that it'll be 3.0 sometimes)
         NOT included :)
      * easyrexx.library 1.7 it saves work for me, some bytes for you.
         RonII with my own ARexxCode was 19k, with easyrexx 12k + 3k library.
        included (easyrexx.library is ©1994 Ketil Hunn)
      * At least ONE filesystem, that supports notification.
         (e.g. FFS does, CrossDOSFileSystem does not)
        NOT included.

   If you just want to watch your startup-sequence RonII may be a overkill...
