This is a simple TOUCH command, known from UNIX systems. It will touch all
files (including patterns) given on the command line. If a particular file
(not including wildcards) doesn`t exist, it will be created; just like under
Unix.

Fixed since Version 1.2 (Yep, even a small program may have bugs ;)

  - For ExAll() a wrong buffer size was supplied; Whoops
  - Pattern buffer wasn`t large enough
  - For some calls (like AddPart) the length of the dest buffer
    was to small according to the allocation
  - For ParsePattern, the FileName wasn`t converted to uppercase

    found for a pattern
