Create 32bit glowicons.

Shell template: IMG1=IMAGE1/K/A,IMG2=IMAGE2/K,ICON/A,DEFAULTTOOL/K,TT=TOOLTYPE/K

  IMAGE1      = file name of normal image (required)
  IMAGE2      = file name of selected image (optional)
  ICON        = an icon file to create with or without .info suffix (required)
  DEFAULTTOOL = a default tool for icon (changes the icon type to WBPROJECT).
New feature in version 1.1.
  TOOLTYPE    = an optional tooltype to insert, i.e. author of icon (optional)
