This is a nice reset command. It works from the CLI, and if you run it from
the Workbench, it gives you a little requester asking if you want to reset.

This version fixes a long-standing (2 years!) bug, where the WB1.3 reset
routine would be called for WB2, and vice-versa. I can't believe nobody
has spotted this, I can only conclude that nobody uses this program :)
